Users must comply with applicable Amazon policies and laws. We process data and provide services only within the authorized scope.

2.3 Pricing

Amazon seller data and analytics services are quote-based. The service scope, deliverables, term, and fees are specified in a written quotation or order confirmed by both parties.

3. User Rights and Obligations

Use our Services in accordance with this Agreement;
Receive technical support and service guarantees;
Provide suggestions or complaints regarding service quality;
Manage business data obtained through our Services.

3.2 User Obligations

Provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it updated;
Safeguard account credentials and API keys, and be responsible for all activities under your account;
Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized activities;
Not distribute viruses, malicious code, or compromise system security;

Not resell our Services beyond authorized scope;
